Michael Chave began working in Auberges after graduating from the Culinary Management program at George Brown University in Toronto. He developed his skills while working all over Canada with the Fairmont Hotel chain and was awarded by Le Grand Salon D’Art Culinaire for his unique creation of Gelliten Duck. Having cooked competitively with the home show at Stadium Olympic, Mr. Chave has peaked in his culinary career and is ready to relax and enjoy life. Michael Chave hopes that he will be able to share his talent and cooking with Montreal in a way where his professionalism and relaxed state of mind sets the tone for every dining experience at Crepe du Monde.
Located at 85 Marie Victorin in Candiac, Crepes to Monde stands alone in a beautiful heritage building facing a vast and stunning park and river, and backs beautifully onto large and breathtaking farmland.
